This bar’s cacao is cultivated and fermented just outside Hilo, situated three degrees nearer the equator than our North Shore farm. It offers a unique opportunity to explore how varying soils and climates shape the chocolate’s flavor when tasted alongside our 70% dark chocolate from Oahu.

Ingredients include Big Island cacao, organic cane sugar, and organic cocoa butter.

Origin: Hawaiian Islands, Hawaii Island, Hilo, Kalalau.

Made on equipment that also processes milk and tree nuts. Produced in a facility that handles coconut, eggs, macadamia, peanuts, sesame, soy & wheat.
