Refund policy

At Selva Nahele, your satisfaction and safety are our top priorities.

General Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy for eligible non-perishable goods, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@selva-nahele.com. If your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address and shipping instructions, along with a return shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a refund or replacement.


Food & Personal Care Products

Because we sell food and natural personal care items, we must follow strict safety guidelines:

  • No returns on opened items: For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened food or personal care products.

  • No reselling of returns: Returned food items are never restocked or resold under any circumstances.

  • Report issues quickly: If your food or skincare product arrives damaged, defective, or appears tampered with, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details. We may ask you to safely dispose of the item rather than return it.

  • Unopened shelf-stable items (such as sealed tea or honey) may be eligible for return within 14 days at the customer’s expense.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Chocolate and other food products are shelf-stable but sensitive to temperature. For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items, and all food returns must be approved in advance.

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Sale items and gift cards

The fastest way to get what you want is to request a refund for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


EU Customers (Cooling-off Period)

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened and unused, with original packaging.
