Chocolate Shipping Policy

Warm Weather Shipping
Chocolate is sensitive to heat. When temperatures reach 80°F/27°C or higher, we pack shipments with insulated liners and ice packs to help maintain quality during transit.
We monitor weather conditions along your delivery route and package each order appropriately to help ensure your chocolate arrives in the best possible condition. We may delay shipments during extreme heat to protect your order.
