Description
A traditional Hawaiian tea from the ʻōlena family, naturally caffeine-free and rich in polyphenols. Unique to Hawaiʻi, māmaki brews smooth and gently earthy with a light, honeyed finish—wonderful hot or iced, any time of day.

How to Brew
- Hot: 1–2 tsp per 8 oz water at just-off-boil (200–205°F). Steep 5–7 minutes.
- Iced: Brew double strength, then pour over ice.
- Tip: Leaves can often be re-steeped 1–2×.
