Harvested by Wai Meli in spring from North Kohala bee yards, this single-floral honey stays liquid longer than most of our harvests. Expect a bold, tropical profile with ripe guava and mango notes and a deeply sweet finish—distinctive, lush, and unmistakably Hawaiian. Drizzle over fresh fruit, yogurt, or pancakes, stir into tea, or pair with creamy cheeses.
Ingredients: 100% honey (Java plum blossom).
Storage: Store at room temperature. Natural crystallization may occur; to re-liquefy, warm the jar gently in a bowl of hot water and stir.
